NASA believes the existence of planet x but not yet proved so that is not count as a planet and dwarf planets cannot be counted as planets as they do not act as one.

But there is a catch :

Including the star orbiting planets  and rouge planets, there are around 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets in this universe. Out of which less than a percent are fit for human survival.
