" All work and no play makes jack a dull boy" goes an old saying . Hobbies make up the "play" part in our lives , so that live become interesting and worth living.The genesis of the world hobby come from a contraption of a wooden horse head tied onto a long stick.The child puts this between his legs and prsnces about, pretending to be riding a horse to the amusement of all.It , therefore, denote something that one does which bring him joy and happiness.Such I think can never be a waste of time for anyone.
life is full of stress, the child are burdened with studies, the youth suffer from anxiety, the middle age and the elderly from worldly and health worries .
In this is depressing scenario, a good hobby act as a safety valve ,releasing our mental and emotional stress.It stabilizing effect on our life and makes us more lively and happy.
There are many different kind of hobbies, depending on one's interest and liking .Many take collecting stamps antique , photography etc .The list is Endless, the underlying principle being, that it should be enjoyable to the person.
Hobbies are an essence of life.It is there for imperative, that we must inculcate and nurture this virtue ,very early in our lives, so that we can enjoy its fruit throughout lives.The time spent is nurturing it ,is time well spent.
