3.going for a walk
Yes when you are walking in a park your brain fell relexed and find out solution to solve that stress and it is because when you walk or run your heart send more oxygen to brain that's why the brain able to think fast.
4. listening your favourite music
Yes when you are listening your favourite music your brain fell comfortable and music is a best source to reduce stress.
