v = 15400 \:  {cm}^{3}

Slant height -

l =  \sqrt{ {35}^{2}  +  {12}^{2} }  \\ l =  \sqrt{1369}  = 37 \: cm

Curved surface area -

s = \pi \: rl \\ s =  \frac{22}{7} \times 35 \times 37 \\ s = 4070 \:  {cm}^{2}

Total surface area -

a = s + \pi \:  {r}^{2}  \\ a = 4070 +  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {35}^{2}  \\  = 4070 + 3850 \\  = 7920 \:   {cm}^{2}
