Hey buddy
here's the answer. ...
♢ if the resultant of all forces acting on a body is ZERO , then the forces are balanced
♢ the are equal n opposite
♢ net force = 0
♢ can change shape n size
♢ but doesn't change the state of motion
♢ if the resultant of all forces acting on a body is not ZERO , then the forces are balanced
♢ one force can overcome other force
♢ net force is not equal to 0
♢ can change shape , size and state of motion
HOPE IT HELPS.....

Answer:
Balanced force :-
When the Resultant of all the forces acting on a body is zero, the forces are said to be balanced forces.
_______________________
The Balanced forces -
1. cannot set any stationary body into motion.
2. cannot change the speed or velocity of a moving body.
3.may change the shape and size of soft body.
_______________________
Unblanaced forces :-
When the resultant of all the forces acting on a body is non zero , the forces are unbalanced forces.
_______________________
The Unblanaced forces can -
1. set a stationary object in motion.
2. set a moving object at rest.
3. change the direction of motion.
✌Hope it helps ! ✌
