1.) Training Phase

there are three phases of a training process:

  1. Proof
  2. Implementation
  3. Evaluation.

The planning phase encompasses several activities, two of which - training needs identification and curriculum development - are very important. Training Needs Identification.

2.) Post-Training Phase

  • In this phase, assessment as to how far the objectives of the programme have been achieved has been made.

  • It indicates past performance, drawbacks if any in the past work and suggest guidelines for formulating future policies.

3.) Planning Phase

  • The planning phase is when the project plans are documented, the project deliverables and requirements are defined, and the project schedule is created.

  • It involves creating a set of plans to help guide your team through the implementation and closure phases of the project.
