The poem 'Dust of Snow' is an eight line poem divided into two stanzas which very exquisitely defines the need for a change in anyóne's life. In the poem at beginning it is shown that the author is in very sad mood. It seemed like his day didn't go well. He was very depressed and oppressed. All his happiness was faded away and he was walking with his sadful face. Suddenly a crow came and sat on a hemlock tree under which the poet was walking by. This made the crow shook the dust of snow which was on the branch of hemlock tree on which the crow was sitting. That same dust of snow had fallen on poet's head. This falling of snow suddenly changed the poet's mind for good. He now was no longer in a sad mood. All his sadness went away. He was mow feeling more enthusiastic and joyous.
