A Traditional Indian Wedding

Most of us might have experienced a situation when you have attended a wedding right ? Npw a days, many new developments have took place even in the field of weddings too. Yeah, literally the introduction of buffet system made the weddings as modern. Now people arrange sofas for the sitting arrangement of guests. Let's now look at traditional Indian Wedding which still happens in rural villages. As far as I have heard stories, I believe you will enjoy the description. In oldern days, we didn't have chefs or cooks or any system like catering system. If there would have been marriage in one home, people of whole village used to collaborate in it as if it was marriage of their own home. People used to gather at the home where the marriage was happening, and helped that family in preparations. Village people itself cooked food for others. Those foods were much tastier than today's delicacies like pizza and manchurian. Nowadays if you have money, you can do everything. Servants are there to help you, but in earlier days relatives used to come at the home, where there was marriage, months ago to help each other. People used to enjoy every moment in talking with each other and cracking jokes. They shared experiences and relations became much more stronger. Marriage in olden days used to be a source of relation bonding. When it was the time of eating food, guests used to sit one by one in lines and the family members where there was marriage, used to serve them food by themselves. This even saved food and reduced it's wastage.

No one knows where we have lost our tradition. Words became fossils and relations became memories.
