★ Pipelines do not harm the environment because they do not produce any harmful gases like Carbon dioxide.

★ Whereas roadways emit smoke and cause harm to the environment.

♦ Earlier, only fluids like liquids and gases were transported through Pipelines.

♦ Now, Even solids can be transported when they are converted into slurry.
