First of all, it is an indisputable fact that nowadays, there are many women who have high qualification and expert profession so that they can assume work in a office as men. Many women have great contributions to develop society. Thus, they shouldn’t be forced to be in home but be encouraged to go out to work and contribute to society. Hence,women should be freely allowed to pursue their careers because of not only the advancement of women but also the progress of civilization itself. Also, both men and women should equally share the responsibilities of house chores to relieve the burden of housework on women.
