x^{2}  + \frac{1}{x^{2} } + 2 = (x + \frac{1}{x})^{2}\\ -3x-\frac{3}{x} = -3( x + \frac{1}{x} )\\ ( x + \frac{1}{x} ) ( x + \frac{1}{x} ) - 3 ( x + \frac{1}{x})\\
