If in any number the sum of the numbers in the even positions = sum of the odd numbers in the odd positions, then the number is divisible by 11. Alternatively, the difference of the sum of the numbers in even positions and the sum of the numbers in the odd positions = 11

so the sum of digits in odd positions=3+7+3+9

=22

sum of digits in even positions =2+x+8

= 10+x

so

(sum of digits in odd positions)-(sum of digits in even positions)=22-(10+x)

=12-x

so, x=1

or x=12 which is not possible

so x=1
