hola..guys , back with a question

Factorise 35y^2 + 13y - 12

I know its simple but I tried to get it and not yet

Here is your answer,

35y²+13y-12 =0

35y^2 +35y - 12y -12=0
35y ( y+1) -12 (y+1)=0
(y+1)(35y-12)=0
y+1=0
y=-1
35y-12=0
y=12/35
