solving a and b

2y=10

y=5

substituting in eq b

Let one number be x

Second number be y

And let x>y

\large\orange{\fbox{\pink{\text{According to question}}}}

x+y = 20------(1)

x-y = 10------(2)

Adding (1) and (2)

=> x+y+x-y = 20+10

=> 2x = 30

=> x = \frac{30}{2}

=> \huge\blue{x = 15}------(3)

Using (3) in (1)

=> x+y = 20

=> 15+y = 20

=> y = 20-15

=> \huge\blue{y = 5}

Product :

\huge{xy}

=> 15×5

=> \huge\orange{\fbox{\pink{75}}}
