Ya ,some where yes and some where No .

Yes , because The government which made schemes , Under which they help financially the farmers,due to which they are to live their good life .

So here we see that government is enough .

But there are some major problems which show that government is only not enough .

1. The government made schemes for peasants, but now how to make those schemes accesible to the people ?

There we got to know that government is not enough , Government need employee ,who aware peoples about government schemes .

So that peasants can take advantage of it .
