In this type of Questions, We can only find the angle not elevation.
Let the length of the shadow of a tower be x.
Height of the shadow of the tower be y.
Given that length of shadow of a tower is equal to its height.
= > x = y.
Now,
We know that Tan theta = Height/Base
= > Tan theta= y/y
= > Tan theta = 1
= > theta = 45.
Therefore, the angle of elevation is 45 degrees.
Hope this helps!

Hey mate
Here is ur answer
Let the length of the shadow be x units.
Height of the shadow = x units
Let the angle be A°
Then Tan A° = x / x
Tan A° = 1
A° = 45° ( as Tan45° = 1)
Sun's altitude = 45
