The grandfather
paradox is considered as a paradox of time travel where inconsistencies come
out by changing the past. The paradox takes any action that changes the past
into consideration. For example, let us consider that you have built a time
machine that helps you to travel to the past and visit your grandfather at a
time he was not even a father to your father or mother and kill him. However,
if this had happened, it would mean that you would not have made been born. And
thus, there is no way you would have built the time machine. This is the
paradox.
