yes I am agree with it because there are several conditions for the growth of microbes
✴️ microorganisms must have a supply of water as well as numerous other substances including mineral elements, growth factors, and gas, such as oxygen. but refrigerator doesn't provide that medium so they are not able to multiply.

HERE IS THE ANSWER

YES I AGREE. MICROBES WILL NEVER GROW IN THE FOOD KEPT IN A REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE COLD TEMPERATURE IS UNFAVORABLE FOR THE MICROBES TO ACT . SO THEIR ACTION WILL BE SLOW . BUT SOME MICROBES ARE CAPABLE OF LIVING IN COLD CLIMATE CONDITIONS CAN STILL GROW IN THE FOOD INSIDE A REFRIGERATOR LIKE LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES .
