Answer..... Brain drain is just a practice to migrate in other country to deliver once job for forever by avoiding the care of that country in which one person is living from his birth....
All the young generation thought that after getting the higher education they will shift to foreign and lender their jobs in foreign for better earnings....

Answer... In my words brain drain is an evil practices generate by the thinking status of once mind...
