Explanation:

4. kilometers to metres

just multiply the given digit by 1000 gives you the metre value for example

4km ; 4*1000= 4000m (note 1km =1000m)

or 5.4 km = 5.4*1000= 5400!!

meters to kilometers

divide the given number part by 1000

for example 3000m will be 3000/1000 m ; 3km or 500m will be 500/1000m that's 0.5 km.

(note : 1m = 1km/1000)

centimeter to meters

divide the given number part by 100

for example 300cm will be 300cm/100= 3m or 230m will be 230cm/100=2.3m (1cm=1/100m)

now meters to centimetre multiply the given digit by 100 will give you the answr

for example : 56m will be 5600 cm or 4.6 m will be 460 cm !! (1m=100cm)

1 cm = 10mm 1mm=1cm/10

just multiply the given digit by 10 will give you the answers

5.3mm will be 53cm 0.6mm will be 6cm (0.6*10)
