So the topic for today is junk food is harrmful.food is something which we eat to get energy.junk food harms our body to a great extent and gives us no energy.it keeps us unhealthy.some very common examples of junk food are chips,cold drinks,pizzas,burgers,popcorn etc.we ,especially children loves to eat junk foods as they are very tasty.eating such unhealtht food items may result in becoming fat.our immune system also weakens.so children do not eat junk foods ,only have yummy home made food items.
