Let's Understand Your Question First :

You actually wanna ask "Why Alphabets a,b,c...z Are Known As Alphabets?"

So, Let's turn the pages of history and check the answer✔

➡The term "Alphabet" is a kind of Latin word. The Latin form of the alphabet is "Alphabetum" and also there's a Greek version too which is "Alphabetos." The Greek one was derived from the first two letters "Alpha" and "Beta" of first two letters of Greek Alphabets.

Now Let's Talk About The Real English ✔

➡This term "Alphabet" in old English was called as "Stæfræw" which means "A row of Alphabets."

Let's know about how the words alpha and beta came into existence ✔

➡Alpha means "Cow Head" It's also known as "Alf" which means nothing but "Ox"

➡Beta means it's a "house", the word for house is pronunced as "Beth".

➡So, this is how the word "Alphabet" came into existence.

And also thanks for asking this question because I found it very interesting!!

I hope it helped!!

BTW, Arruu Di ka doubt bhi clear hogaya hoga! (I was a bit afraid LoL)
