How we can scan answers on camscanner to make our answers attractive.

• No, using camscanner we cannot make our answers attractive.

• But using this we can make our attachments, documents, pdf files attractive.

• We can design and scan and edit any pdf, file images using this app.

• This would be helpful in writing your name in attachments.

Example:

• We can add our signature in the file we need to by scanning our signature.

• If the photo of the signature is already available in our gallery/album we can crop that image and past that image in the file/image/pdf we need.

• Using this we can send it form many apps, we can send printout through e-mail, we can send through fax, etc.

• Look at the screenshots to know some options of camscanner.

• You can learn and edit with more options while edition or scanning the photos using camscanner.

To scan anything on Camscanner:-

If you already have it in gallery as photo or in microsoft word as txt or in google documents as docx or in Google slides or powerpoint as ppts , we can make them look attractive.

This is the basic principle of all pdf converter apps.

In computers, we have adobe Professional and it's whole series like Adobe Pagemaker.

In windows 8 ( which is my computer), we have Adobe Professional 9 and for reading the documents 'Reader' is already provided in Microsoft  software.

Other applications similar to camscanner is Microsoft Lens, which is more effective.

All we can do is annotate on the document, and make it in more effects ( like in negative and sepia etc.)

If we need to make fresh PDF,

• Click on the camera option on extreme right bottom
• Then crop as per required
• Then you will get edit option where you can choose the desired effect
• Annotation comes next where you can mark things or draw as per requirements

Direct upload from gallery is also possible.

For direct upload:-

• Go to the camera option on right bottom corner
• When you open it , many pictures of gallery will appear
• You can simply browse them
• Then edit as per required
• Add file for more options

For Office Lens,

• Same procedure is followed , but the option named will be changed and that is the difference.
