holla ..... mind fresher question...

a man took 100 ruppes from home and went to shop he purchased for 70 rupees and shopkeeper gave him 10 rupees back ......

why??? think ....

Leukonov: Lets suppose the man gave the 100 rs to th SK. Now his balance is 30rs. as there are no 30rs notes... the shopkeeper gave him a 10rs and20 rs notes back... its only a fair thing that happened(^_^)

Here is your answer buddy,

You have just mentioned here rupees 100. you didn't mentioned it's a 100 rupees note.

So according to my logic he might have given 80 rupees to the shop keeper keeping rupees 20. Later the shopkeeper took rupees 70 and returned him rupees 10.

And at last he still have rupees 20.

So therefore,

rupees 10(shopkeeper returned) + rupees 20 (which he has already with him) = 30.
