India is one of the largest democratic country in history of the world. It is famous for it's fair conductance of Election and Grouped rulling system who are people representatives following a bounded Law of Book i.e.Constitution.

  • Every democracy and some non-democracy country follows the rule of Constitution to choose play roles of king, ministers and Justice controlling every field of development.

  • Indian constitution is known as the Longest/Lengthiest ever written constitution of this world pre-defining powers and guidelines for executive, legislature , judiciary and for common citizen.

  • People are inpendent of choosing government and to criticise government.
  • Government shall ensure equality and System of Universal Adult Franchise (People after age of 18 can cast their votes irrespective of any discrimination).

1) Indian Constitution is considered as the Lengthiest Constitution of the world because of the following reasons:

★ Our Indian Constitution covers all the important rules taken over by other countries all over the world.

★ Our Indian Constitution was being written for three years and 11 months.

★ Our Constitution consists of 444 articles, at totally 22 number of parts.

★ There are 118 amendments in our Constitution.

★ Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar is known as the father of our Indian Constitution and also he wrote our Indian Constitution.

Therefore, our Indian Constitution is having several types of laws, articles, amendments and also have several important laws So, it's known as the Lengthiest Constitution of the world.

2) Constitution of India has several articles and schedules, And they are divided into several parts as follows:

★ As I said earlier our Indian Constitution consists of 444 articles.

★ The 444 article's are divided into 22 parts.

★ There are 12 schedules in our Indian Constitution.

3) 42nd Amendment is known as Mini Constitution because of the following reasons:

★ 42nd Amendment has been changed some parts and several basic structure.

★ This 42nd Amendment is about the socialistic modle of the states about some changes in fundamental rights.

★ Mini Constitution is also known as Constitution of Indira.

Therefore, 42nd Amendment is known as Mini Constitution.

4) Difference between fundamental rights and fundamental duties are as follows:

★ Fundamental rights are the rights which the citizens of one country has rights to do anything.

★ Some fundamental rights are such as Rights to equality, Rights to freedom, Rights to vote, etc.

★ Fundamental duties are the duties of the citizens of the country.

★ These duties are such rules and laws which the countries citizens must follow and obey the law being a citizens of ones country.

Therefore, this is the common difference between fundamental rights and fundamental duties.

5) Two implements of a Democratic government as established by the Constitution of India:

★ Every citizen of our country have rights to vote.

★ We have rights to enjoy that's we get freedom which are fundamental rights.
