Homework is an activity which helps children understand better what they learned at school. But this can be tiresome for the students and can actually make them lose interest in studies altogether. After a tiring day at school and learning different things they need a break and want to focus on their surroundings as well.

The foremost aim of homework is to help children learn but overburdening them will result in significant stress. Spending too much time on studies means the students are not meeting their other needs like playing, seeing friends and family, spending time at their hobbies or skills.
