Solution :

Initial speed (u) = 0

Final speed (v) = 8m/s

Distance = 36m

→ v² = u² + 2as

→ (8)² = 0 + 2 × a × 36

→ 64 = 72a

→ a = 64/72

→ a = 0.8 m/s²

Therefore, acceleration of honda Activa is 0.8 m/s² .

Some more formulae :

→ v = u + at

→ s = ut + ½ at²

Where a = acceleration

v = final velocity

u = initial velocity

t = time

s = distance
