Honesty is the element of moral character, which develops good habits like truth, mercy, discipline, honesty, etc. Lying in it, cheating others, stealing, and other bad habits lacks those who hurt people. Honesty is to be honest, trustworthy and honest throughout the lifetime. Honesty is a very precious and very good habit. Benjamin Franklin has said a very good saying about this, "Honesty is the best policy." Another statement stated by Thomas Jefferson is that "Honesty is the first lesson in the book of wisdom." Both statements are written in the past by the great men However, in the future, these statements will remain true.

Honesty takes one person on the path of goodness, which gives real happiness. A person can be honest only when he follows honesty in various aspects; Such as speaking, working on the workplace, doing justice, in behavior and in all those activities that we do in our daily lives. Honesty makes one person free and fearless from all problems.

Good morning to the Excellencies, respected teachers and my dear friends. Today am going to give a speech on the topic, 'Honesty is the best policy.'

Honesty refers to being truthful in one's own action and words.  'Honesty is the best policy' famously quoted by Benjamin Franklin talks about being a tool of success in life. Being honest in life helps in building healthy relations with others at every phase of life. It acts as a backbone to life and forms a well-developed society. If one doesn't remain honest in life it difficult to build friendship or love with someone. The world becomes a better place when everyone acts honestly. People who lie and are dishonest often face the consequences of it in the form of hurdles, fights and face a bad situation.

Whereas, when one speaks a truth that person is light-hearted and stay happy and strong. It is the most important tool in any kind of relationship. A situation becomes worse when one protect a moment by saying a lie. Therefore, being honest develops a good human in everyone.
