Explanation:

Because honey has more strong intermolecular attractive forces than water.so the particles are strongly binded in honey than water.hence honey is more viscous than water. ... According to chemistry- because the inter molecular force between the molecules of honey is strong so it is more visous then water.

Because the molecules of honey are more tightly packed than of water ,honey has more strong intermolecular attractive forces than water..
