Honey is more visous than water. can you suggest why?

This is because honey has a different viscosity to waterViscosity is the measure of resistance of a fluid to flow. A fluid that is highly viscous has a high resistance (like having more friction) and flows slower than a low-viscosity fluid.

Honey is more viscous than water because the molecules of honey is more closer than water hence honey have strong intermolecular force of attraction in honey than in water.
