the solution is to reuse it in another form like making a paper bag from it or make some origami out of pages, etc.

Reuse them as This year's Rough book or for practice purposes....

Then once you have filled all the pages....

Sell them as scrap And you will get money....

Then give that Money as charity or go buy some more notes...
