 = ( {2x}^{2} - 3 ) + ( {4y}^{2} - 4)  \\  =  {2x}^{2} ( {4y}^{2} - 4) + 3( {4y}^{2}  - 4) \\  =  {2x}^{2}  \times  {4y}^{2}  +  {2x}^{2}  \times ( - 4) + (3 \times  {4y}^{2}  + 3x - 4) \\  =  {8x}^{2}  {y}^{2} + ( - 8) {x}^{2}   +  {12y}^{2}   + ( - 12)
