The hormones are the chemical messengers which are secreted into blood by a single cell which can affect the functioning of the other cells.
Different hormones are produced in different parts of the body-
1.HGH is secreted by the pituitary gland in the brain.
2.Thyroxine is secreted by the Thyroid gland in the neck region.
3. Adrenalin is secreted by the Adrenal gland in the abdomen above the kidney.
4.Insulin is secreted by the Pancreas in the abdomen near the stomach.
5.Testosterone is secreted by the Testes in the scrotal sac of the abdomen incase of the male.
6.Oestrogen is secreted by the Ovary in the lower abdomen incase of female.
