Let us know about sentences first. There are three types of sentences in transformations.

A. Simple Sentences :

This sentences have one or more phrases, clauses and sentences are joined using gerunds or participles, are called Simple Sentences.

B. Compound Sentences :

Two or more phrases or sentences are joined using conjunctions, like "and" , "or" , "but" , etc, is called Compound Sentences.

C. Complex Sentences :

Two or more phrases or sentences are joined using WH - words, like who, what, when, where, how, etc is called Complex Sentences.

Now, we transform the given sentence into a Simple Sentence.

The given sentence is in Complex Sentence form where we see a WH - word "which".

We must know that, in short "Horses, which come from Arabia" can be written as "Arabian horses" and using it the transformation can be made as follows

Arabian horses are much in demand.
