Answer:
This is because cricket ball moving with a speed has high momentum,,that is the product of mass and velocity.......However, tennis ball with same speed has less momentum ......... that's why
Explanation:
p=m×v ....Here p stands for momentum, m for mass and v for velocity.......Here the equation means that momentum is the product of mass and velocity.....It also means that for momentum both mass and velocity is necessary......However we can also say that momentum is directly proportional to both mass and velocity....

19. Explain why, it is easier to stop a tennis ball than a cricket ball moving with the same speed .
Mass of cricket ball is greater than mass of tennis ball. Hence if both are moving with same speed, cricket ball is having more kinetic energy than tenis ball. Momentum (p) = mv From the question, it is clear that velocity of both the balls is same. But mass of the cricket ball is more than that of tennis ball, and hance cricket ball has more momentum. Therefore it is easier to stop a tennis ball than a cricket ball moving with the same speed.

20. Explain the meaning of the following equation :
p=mx v
bolehre their usual meanings..?
p = m × v
This equation signifies that momentum of a body is the product of its mass and its velocity.
Here, p is momentum of the body , m is the mass of the body , v is the velocity of the body.
