first of all arrange data in ascending order

2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4,2.5,2.5,2.6,2.7,2.7,2.8,2.82.9,2.9,3.0,3.1

No of babies were born on that day is  

15  

 

∴ No of new born babies weight below 2.5kg is 4

→ No of new born babies weight more then 2.8kg is 4

and  

No of new born babies weight 2.8kg is 2.
