So, Men and women do the same type of work in accordance with their choice.

It's not necessary that men  and women must do same type of work . It depends  on their choice and ability . Men and women must do the work which they want to do, not under someone's pressure as we all have the right and freedom to do the work which we want. Their choice of working could be different as everyone does not have the same interest . We all are free to do whichever work we want to do .
