And

we know that

Parameter of parallelogram = 2(one side + adjacent second side)

But

According to second given condition

Parameter of parallelogram = 200

By comparing both equations we get

4x + 40 = 200

        4x = 200 - 40 = 160

          x = 160 / 4 = 40

So

First side = 40 units

And

Adjacent Second side = x + 20 = 40 + 20 = 60 units  

Thus

Adjacent Second side = 60 units.
