1.A small mango plant cannot be called a herb. ... But the small mango plant will grow into a big and woody tree at maturity. Wind pollinated flowers are not attractive by look as they do not need to attract any insects or birds
2.They do not need any attraction to cover the insects. They no need to secrete Nectar. They no need to have any fleshy leaves. They no need to have foul smell or any fragrance.
They just need large number of pollen grains which are light and non sticky that they are easily dispersed by wind.
To capture the pollen grains, the stigma should be feathery, like in Corn, and have much surface area
3.Plants make food in their leaves. The leaves contain a pigment called chlorophyll, which colors the leaves green. Chlorophyll can make food the plant can use from carbon dioxide, water, nutrients, and energy from sunlight. ... During the process of photosynthesis, plants release oxygen into the air.
