How 1 degree is equals to 60minutes?.. please give an eloberate and accurate answer

before going for it, tell me the reason why , 1 + 1 = 2 not 3 or anything else ? I know you have one answer. this is based on fundamental assumption that 1 + 1 = 2 is always true.

similarly, 1° = 60' and 1' = 60" are based on fundamental assumption. mathematician assumed, 1° = 60' and 1' = 60".

as you know, 360° means one revolution or one rotation.

by hour niddle, a 360° angle is swiped in 24 hours by 2 times.

so, 1° = 2 × 360°/12 minutes

= 60 minutes.

hence, 1° = 60 minutes.
