First a member introduces the bill. The first stage consists of general discussion on the Bill as a whole when the principle underlying the Bill is discussed. Then the bill goes for a vote, if maximum members agree on it then it sent to the President. If the president signs on the bill then it becomes a law . If the bill is defeated and not supported by maximum members then the bill dies.
