How a FIR can be filled ??

Answer :-

The FIR can be filled at the police station of the concerned area in whose Jurisdiction the offence has occurred. In case it is filed at any other police station in the country it is the duty of the officer in charge of that police station to ensure that it is sent to the police station which has the Jurisdiction over that matter.
