Everything emits some kind of radiation or another, perhaps just not the kind your are imagining. The radiation emitted my a hair dryer would be thermal radiation, or heat. This would be accompanied by some visible light from the heating coils which is also radiation. It would not emit any kind of alpha, beta or gamma rays which are the forms of radiation considered to be unsafe
