ITS FIRST READ IN LOK SABHA THEN BY RAJYA SABHA IF BOTH HOUSES R SATISFY WITH IT EVEN BY THE VOTING METHOD THEN ITS PASSED TO PRESIDENT WHEN ITS SIGNED BY PRESIDENT AND NO CHANGE IS THEIR THEN IT BECOMES A LAW FOR ALL OVER THE COUNTRY
