I ask the same question to 3 moderators (through brainly message)

and according to them

"First of all, you'll have to complete 250 good, non-copied, non-spammed answers. Then you'll have to apply for the brainly stars team.  In the stars team, you will be trained to become a GOOD ANSWERER. You'll be given some weekly answering targets and if you complete those successfully, guess what! YOU MAY BECOME A MODERATOR!"

But they did not reply to my next question that is

"how to apply for brainly stars team"
