How a pH of mouth lower than 5.5 inducas tooth decay ? What can you do to prevent tooth decay.

Any pH level<7 indicates acidic nature of substance. When the pH level inside our mouth gets below 5.5, the nature of acidity becomes high due to which our tooth decay.
We can prevent tooth decay by brushing atleast twice a day, rinsing our mouth after each meal and consuming less of sugary food items.
