IAS(Indian Administrative Service) and other post like IPS,IFS exam are conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission). This exam has three stages.

1st- Prelims

2nd- Mains

3rd- Interview(PT)

Coming to Qualifications:

Any degree (graduation)

• any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India.
• or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament.
• or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
• or possess an equivalent qualification.
• Note: Final year students can also apply.
