How agriculture aggravating a big problem of water scarcity in india ?? Why we need to conserve water resorces URGENT ??

Aggravating agriculture is to plant crops, water it, give manure the crops. When agriculture is in a vast area lot of water is being used. Precisely, when they are many fields of agricultures in India there is lot of water being used? So. When so much is being used water scarcity also increases. Hence we need to conserve water by not playing and wasting it. The water used to play or waste can be very useful for agricultures! Hence 2013-14 was called as a Water Conserve Year.
