How air and water gets polluted?write 2 exanples.what can we do to avoid this?

Air get polluted by the poisonenous smoke which is released by factories and also by vehicles
Water get polluted by releasing of chemical waste to river, lakes and ponds and also by washing clothes, bathing animals in water bodies
We can avoid air pollution by using the vehicles which do not produce more harmful gases and we can avoid water pollution by using river, lakes and ponds in correct method (for drinking purpose or other works which do not pollute river, lakes and ponds).
