How alfa beta and gama particle creat in nucleus?

any electrons -- two protons and two neutrons. It has a much greater mass than beta particles, and consequently a much shorter range. Ordinarily, it travels at about a tenth of the speed of light. When a nucleus ejects an alpha particle, its atomic number decreases by 2 and its mass decreases by 4, so it is now a different element. A sheet of tissue paper or the surface layer of your skin is sufficient to stop an alpha particle, so they have relatively little penetrating power.

alpha particle( helium) is actually created by demolition of nucleus, by it neutron ,proton ratio increases(it is found in heavy atoms like uranium, thorium etc. )
while.
beta particle(electron) is actually released(created) to decrease neutron proton ratio .
it is created when neutron converts into proton and releases of electron
( it is found in elements with low atomic no. like helium, aluminium, magnesium etc...)
Gama ray(not particle) is pure energy that is released when a energised atom wishes to release energy in order to gain stability. It is a secondary emmision and happens after alpha or beta decay.
If neutron -proton ratio is close to one then it is a stable atom. All the three apha, bet decay and gama ray emmision happens in atom to increase its stability.
Theres something like k-shell electron capture, if ya wanna learn about it also, then follow me.
